Install
Install the Mobile app on your phone or tablet.
Enter Data
- Sign in and see all the forms that you have permission to submit.
- Create reports and enter data immediately!
Save Offline
- Save drafts offline to complete later.
- When ready to submit, send to a queued folder ready for submission when a connection is available.
Sync
- When a connection is available, press Sync to submit any queued reports.
LEARN MORE- If no internet or mobile connection is available, Mobile will default to sending the reports over a regular mobile network connection via SMS*.
- During Sync, any form updates or new assignments will also be received and refreshed.
* requires an SMS gateway to be setup in country with a local telecom provider.
Manage alerts
- Receive alert notifications and manage alerts on the go using Mobile.
- When a connection is available, press Sync to submit any queued reports.
